Another round of public consultation is underway for the Regeneration Plan as the Local Planning Authority continues to assess the outline planning application.
Independent consultants were appointed earlier in the process to review the application’s viability. During this time, they requested further information, which was submitted on 18th September 2020. All updated documents are available on the planning portal, including the revised Environmental Statement and Environmental Statement Non-Technical Summary. A covering letter from consultants AECOM details all the resubmitted material.
A further four weeks of consultation is now underway. The Planning Authority will be accepting comments until the middle of October 2020.
