The London Borough of Bromley (LBB) are pleased to announce the marketing of two residential sites within Crystal Palace Park, Rockhills and Sydenham Villas. As part of the wider regeneration of the park, the sites have been granted outline planning permission for up to 210 residential units, which include 11% onsite affordable housing. LBB has appointed Montagu Evans to lead on the marketing of these sites.
This is an important step in the Crystal Palace Park Regeneration Plan as all proceeds generated from the sale will be reinvested into the wider regeneration of the historic park, including the restoration of the Grade I listed Geological Court and the Grade II listed Italian Terraces.
The development will also improve the community provision within the park as it will enable over three acres of green space to be returned to public access and a new community centre to be built by the Rockhills site.
