The Council is proposing to dispose of a leasehold interest in the Park by way of granting a 125 year lease to Crystal Palace Park Trust. This lease will enable the dedicated Trust to take over the management and maintenance of the park for the benefit of the community. The Trust will receive an annual grant from the Council.
